CNC Lathe Shaft Making-
We are Well Experienced in manufacturing of CNC turned shafts in mild steel, alloy steels, carbon steels and Stainless Steel. Our Turned Shafts size range from diameter 6mm to 170 mm and length upto 700mm. We manufacture CNC turned shafts as per customer drawings and specifications.

CNC Turning Job Work
We offer manufacturing & job work in CNC Turning Service which has High Accuracy and Excellent Surface Finish, diverse shapes of different parts. We develop shapes using CNC turning. taper, contour, fillet and radius profiles plus threaded surfaces.
Precision and Consistency For CNC machining the repeatability is usually /- 0.001. This allows precise measurements, specific characteristics, and high quality to be present in the final product.
Flexibility with Accuracy Due to the high level of automation and versatility of CNC machines they are able to perform a wide variety of cutting jobs with high accuracy.

Assembly SPM
- After Loading the Job first Presence of Grooves are Confirmed by Vision Sensor
- Then Two Seal are Pressed Automatically with precise load controlled by load cell
- After Pressing the Seals again Confirmation is done by Vision Sensor
- Load data display on Panel
Poke yoke to avoid seal miss, Miss alignment, Half Press and Reverse fit condition.

Ultrasonic Cleaning M/C
We are expertize in manufacturing of Ultrasonic washing machine for small component of up-to 100mm length
It has a large 40 litre Ultrasonic Tank with manual (dial) controls for the temperature and timer setting. The ultrasonic cleaning bath will remove dirt, grease etc. The ultrasonic bath can be used for cleaning electronic and mechanical parts.
For best results use appropriate cleaning fluid or solvent suitable for the items to be cleaned.

Conveyor
We Manufacture Flat Belt Conveyor in which belt rotate over the pulley. It generally used to move bulk material of small size.
Its dimension varies from 120 mm to 1 meter width and length varies from 1 meter to 20 meter. Speed varies from 1m/min to 50 m/min.
Three Types of conveyor manufactured by us are Inclined , Curved and Straight Belt Conveyor.
All Models are customized as per customer requirement.
Each product should clear rigorous quality parameter before final approval. It can be floor supported and hanging Type.
Our Conveyor are very cost effective and have high handling capabilities.
